My sales consultant Jay Bitzer was a real professional and put my needs first. He answered all my questions and kept me in the loop as I awaited my Lincoln Aviator. He provided several other options including leasing my vehicle. He did agreat job delivering the vehicle and answered all the questions my wife and I had about the SUV. I purchased this car the first day driving at home had electrical problems. I have not had this car more than three days. They’ve had it more than I have. I’ve had the rental car more than I’ve had my own electrical problems. I have not had this car more than three days. They’ve had it more than I have. I’ve had the rental car more than I’ve had my own car. They do not care they do not care about what is wrong with my car because they are not offering me another car. That’s been in five times, and they still can’t figure it out and you still have the car. Customer service sucks. The guy at the customer service desk is very rude and does not care. I had to bring the car in and he knew I needed a rental car a left and did not even tell a manager that I was driving the car back. I didn’t even get home and had to bring the car back this dealership does not care about their customers or customer service. A good dealer would take the car back and give me a different car but no they’re not going to do that so I have to do a Lemon law. The car has been in over five times you still have the car. It’s been over 30 days total time in the shop. I have not had it more than three days. This is sad. I would never buy a car from them again. More
