It took 5 days to get an "out the door price" from Rob in finance. In the meantime the used car manager (Jeff) was really putting pressure on me to get the deal done because the vehicle was on hold. In Jeff's defense he was unaware that I was waiting on the "out the door price". When I purchased the vehicle Rob in finance was pissed that I didn't use the dealerships financing I used my credit union. More
