1) It was suggested by the mechanic that the transmission fluid be flushed/changed at only 73,000 miles, whereas Ford recommends at 150,000miles, if even then—-subsequently, my transmission started having is fluid be flushed/changed at only 73,000 miles, whereas Ford recommends at 150,000miles, if even then—-subsequently, my transmission started having issues with 10th gear—also, loud abnormal sounds started to occur with shifting gears. My vehicle was towed to another dealership for evaluation. 2) I had gone in for an oil change and possible tire rotation—left with close to a $600 bill and ensuing issues that could have increased the risk of an accident on I-376/I-80. 3) I have been a customer at the Beaver Falls Ford Dealership for 35-40 years. I appreciate Liz’s assistance in her tenure in service, but my loyalty has ended with this event. More
