Yes we had easy process excellent customer service from Joe Harrell and he was very nice since the beginning, i left the dealership telling him i was going to think about it, he then gave me a follow up ca Joe Harrell and he was very nice since the beginning, i left the dealership telling him i was going to think about it, he then gave me a follow up call that finally convinced me to purchase the vehicle. If he would not have called me i dont think i would have returned. All he said was hi im Joe Thankyou for stopping by today and if i can help you with anything im here. And thats it. He was excellent worry free purchase. I left the dealership worry free of my vehicle purchase and was sure i got the best deal thanks to him. Giovanni on the other hand in the finance department was also excellent we loved the fact that he was bilingual and was able to explain everything with detail, also he had the patience to go step by step with us. Great team thanks for so much help. We are a family of 7 and really needed a vehicle and you guys helped us so much 🙏🏻 More
