I'm really pleased with Denville Infiniti service department. I used to go to Ramsey Infiniti, they've damaged my windshield, ruined a window panel of mine, and blew my transmission. However, my car looked incredible when I left, also they took such great care of it. I really appreciate that they provide you via Email the overview of everything they've done with your car and how the car is doing. Joe was very nice and helped make the process seamless. The wait was not long and the waiting area is quite nice. This is my new place to get my car serviced, extremely pleased with Salerno Duane INFINITI Of Denville!! More

On March 30th, I took my car to Denville Infiniti, and the staff was amiable. They were helpful and took my vehicle In because of a blown engine. For now on I will be taking my car there for services for now on. More

Salerno Duane INFINITI absolutely the BEST dealership around! Just had a diagnostic done on our car and the service that we`ve received is superb!! Joe, through no fault of his own, had to ask me if the car was purchased certified because he shared that the transaction was not properly recorded to reflect that fact in the dealer data base. He actually had to ask the sales manager to confirm because he, understandably, couldn't take my word for it. That's a poor customer experience and didn't leave feeling confident that your record would be updated/correced. I hope to be proven wrong at next free service appointment. More
