I was hesitant about purchasing a new vehicle. Mark was very warm and inviting. He showed us a range of vehicles that we were interested in, we drove everything we wanted to drive. Never once did I feel very warm and inviting. He showed us a range of vehicles that we were interested in, we drove everything we wanted to drive. Never once did I feel “pushed” to purchase a more expensive vehicle. In the end, Mark and his finance team blew my expectations out of the water. I had a number in my head, and they beat that by over $75 dollars on the first go. No hassles in negotiating. The whole team at Chris Nikel was outstanding. They made a new life long customer. More

I had the pleasure of working with John Campbell! I live out of state and he made this experience better and easier then any local dealer I've ever dealt with. He explained everything in detail and that's exactly how it happened. Also the entire staff at Chris Nickel Jeep was the same as well. They picked me up from the airport and had everything ready. I was out of there with my car in less then 1/2 hour. It was very impressive and I hope I have the opportunity to work with them again on my next vehicle purchase.
