The finance department was wonderful at the signing and purchasing of the car, but when we came in to drop off our previous lease, she didn't even acknowledge us. I was hoping Wally's was going to be different in that regard, but just like every other dealership in our past, after the contract was signed, they ignored you. John, however, was as polite and professional as when we first stopped in to purchase the car. We traded in a car and I forgot to sign the title and I had to remind them of that. The finance representative, Nikki, was sitting the whole time behind the desk and forgot all about it and still didn't acknowledge us when I reminded them of the title. Thank you, John!
