My initial problem was with the Collision Department and getting my 2023 Maverick completely fixed but when both Gary Bac and John Eberlein got involved, it was like "night and day" the Collision Depart and getting my 2023 Maverick completely fixed but when both Gary Bac and John Eberlein got involved, it was like "night and day" the Collision Department got on board and now I'm just waiting to put 50 plus miles on my truck to get the Check Engine Light back working properly so I can get my truck inspected. Both John Eberlein and Kayla are just waiting for me to "come on in" everyone at Kenny Ross Ford South are just great, making me completely happy with their work and Customer Service!!! Overall, I was leased and felt I got a good deal but I'm taking one star away because I had to walk away to get them to meet my required deal.
