The price was pre-agreed (and was $8-9k lower than anywhere else would offer). Once I got to the dealership, I was greeted promptly and John and Kimmy became my sales team. It felt like I had been assigned the "A-team." John took great time to walk me through the features of the vehicle, even though I didn't really need that tour (this was my second Jeep Wrangler). Despite a slow-down in the process due to another employee's mistake in registering the car to a different buyer, John and Kimmy spent time with me giving me added comfort and information, and to keep the purchase process going as quickly as possible. And John went above and beyond in helping me after the purchase to learn more about my options for a hard top and other accessories. Truly, a phenomenal experience. When I bought my first Jeep, the dealership I purchased from was awful, and I vowed I would never set foot there again, not even for service. This experience was the exact opposite, and I would gladly go all the way back to DuPage CDJR and to recommend that my friends do the same. More

I entered the dealership with no appointment to simply take a look at some new Durango's. I was treated with great respect and honesty and ended up purchasing a brand new Hellcat. The staff there did not try anything a typical car dealership is known for, they were very straightforward and honest and the process went extremely quickly as well. I will definitely return to this dealer for more purchases. I didn't even have to pay extra for the floor mats! LOL More

After buying 2 cars from Ziegler in Schaumburg, they really wanted nothing to do with us when we went in today to look at their Challenger stock, so we ended up at dupage. So glad that happened! John and Nikki were amazing at finding the right challenger for my husband. Nick heard me talking about needing a larger SUV. I absolutely hated the idea of the Wagoneer. Then he talked me into the test drive. Freaking amazing! We left with over $135,000 worth of vehicles today BECAUSE OF THIS TEAM. Can't stress it enough, go see Nick, he'll take great care of you. 2 cars, while we had our 2 kids with us and it wasn't the terrible experience you normally see at a dealer. Quick, totally what we wanted even though we didn't know what we wanted. We were only there for 5 hours including test drives, finance, and handling our trade in. Can't recommend them enough! More
