The service department has been exceeding my expectations for 3 years. Maintaining and upgrading my Jeeps since 2018. Kyle is my go to guy for all things service. It was a pleasure working with Jon and far better than what I've experienced with other auto sales personnel in the last 50 years. I am a very detail oriented person, and Joh patiently work through all t what I've experienced with other auto sales personnel in the last 50 years. I am a very detail oriented person, and Joh patiently work through all the questions I had and provided all the information I was looking for. There is a lot of information to sort through when buying a car nowadays,and he did a great job of leading me all the various trim and option packages, as well as the trade-offs between them all. He was friendly, courteous, and forthright throughout the whole process. We came to the conclusion that to meet my needs and desires the car should be ordered from the factory. There was no pressure to buy one off the lot or make compromises on what I wanted in order to make a quick sale. While waiting for the car to be delivered, he kept me informed of it's progress through the assembly line and delivery dates. Thanks to Jon, this was the first time in my life I actually enjoyed buying a car. More

Follow up after the Sale. I was encouraged to leave a 5-Star review when I purchased my '19 Ram 2500 from Jon Rohde last year upon shaking hands and overcoming a $900 differenc I was encouraged to leave a 5-Star review when I purchased my '19 Ram 2500 from Jon Rohde last year upon shaking hands and overcoming a $900 difference. Truth is, I had a poor experience. Especially when signing contracts and the finance manager tried to hide a $6500 warranty into the deal telling me it was "thrown in at no cost because he kept the payment the same." This was a greedy mistake, and I wish I knew his name, but he signed all my contracts "BUS MGR," and from that point his embarrassment was overwhelming to him and all he wanted to do was chat with my friend about comic books. This trick left a bad impression on me and if it wasn't so obvious and laughable, I'd have left without taking the deal. I'd also like to add that I have received ZERO follow up since the day I bought my Ram. Nice facility, LMD is a great group, but this location should be focused on training and the basics of sales instead of letting their staff perform all the tricks of the trade to put money in their pockets above referrals and repeat business. More
