The dealer's service was very good and attentive, with a lot of professionalism, but during the preventive checkup service they failed to warn me that the rear break pads were worn out and the front ones wi lot of professionalism, but during the preventive checkup service they failed to warn me that the rear break pads were worn out and the front ones will soon need replacement. They have to improve the mechanical preventive check on the vehicles so that big problems don't happen (basically they lost the sale of the break pads for not checking) but as for the rest I am very grateful and José is an excellent human being, super kind, honest and In my opinion that makes him a great service agent.
