I should've given Joe a 4 because the first night I was

As for the dealership, it was clean, the star buck's coffee was a plus, Two of the stalls in the lady's restroom was out of toilet paper; it was the end of the night though. The Finance Manager was very pleasant to work with. This dealership could gain by adding more finance Manager to shorten the length of time spent waiting to get into the office. Also, the staff is very young and that was good to see.
