The whole time there was no pressure, I didn’t feel forced to do anything he really just cared about making it a great purchasing experience for me and when the time came to make the deal he went to bat for me to make sure I got a comfortable payment with all warranties included (bought a used jeep out of warranty). Got me exactly what I wanted for my trade, I didn’t have to fight. Scott did all the back and forth with the used car manager so I wouldn’t have to. Can’t thank Scott enough! I’ve bought and traded many cars in the last 10 years and never got such a pleasure experience. Thanks again Scott, you’ll be seeing my family for their car needs! More

The steering wheel controls weren’t working, I made an appointment, Justin was the advisor who took care of me. He said that I need to leave the car there, I asked for a courtesy car, so he checked if th appointment, Justin was the advisor who took care of me.
