Justin was very delightful to work with, very accommodating, considerate, patient and just overall a very nice salesman! He got us through the process as quickly as he could, per our request. I also want to give a shout out to Josh from finance department, who got straight to the business when we were talking numbers, instead of going back and forth 5 times, like other dealerships do, and we were satisfied with the first deal right off the bet. Also a special thanks to George, the finance manager, who helped us to smoothly get through the signing process and made it as quick as possibly, to not hold us up any longer. Overall, an amazing experience at Heritage Mazda Bel Air and I recommend it to everyone!

As a first time buyer, I had questions regarding upgrading my wife's wheels on her new car. This was on 2/10/2024 during the sale. I was told I would have to follow up with parts and service department but they were already closed. After a lot of texts and calls proved difficult to reach the Service Manager, just before closing on 2/17/2924 the service manager called and left a voicemail. My rating of the Service Manager is related to the whole process of their communication system barriers and not so much related to our personal interaction which finally occurred today 2/19/2024. I have requested the texting system be evaluated for accurate phone numbers and if it's even being monitored. I've also requested information on how they plan to improve their voice call messages. Updating this from 1 star to 3 stars and have agreed to update further pending their demonstrated improvements when a customer texts or calls with inquiries.
