An issue with front tire was not resolved on first visit. Wrong parts were either ordered or received for recall issue. Minimal effort was made to reproduce transmission issue. The customer service was horrible! I was assigned 4 Customer Reps (Johnny, Madi, Kayla and Jeff), before Kolton. My calls weren’t returned and I had to go in to check the status of my I was assigned 4 Customer Reps (Johnny, Madi, Kayla and Jeff), before Kolton. My calls weren’t returned and I had to go in to check the status of my vehicle several times. My vehicle sat for over a month before someone informed me it was ready. The battery was dead when I picked it up, the work was not completed and my remote start did not work afterwards (which it worked before). A part was ordered to fix my vehicle, but it was the wrong one, so my vehicle sat at Corwin for almost 2 months. Finally got my vehicle back and the remote start still doesn’t work, but the other issue was resolved. Corwin has had my vehicle in their possession more in the last 9 months than I have. The experience was awful. I just want it fixed! More
