The entire process at Richard Lucas was amazing. I came in looking to get out of my lease but due to the car shortage they didn’t have what I want. I first came into the dealership a week before my purchase and spoke with Kenny. Kenny was a gentleman and took me for a test drive to see if the car would meet my needs.
