My salesperson, Lou Cerota, is the most intelligent, patience and personable sales rep I have had the pleasure of dealing with (for the second time). He goes out of his way to please you. when we arrived at Pellegrino we were greeted by Lou, we had a car in mind so he grabbed the keys and off we went. this went on for 6 more cars till we found our Buick .
