Although there was an initial hiccup in the process, Luis and Bert with Vera Buick GMC put in a great deal of effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Luis even spent time on his day off and came in early to ensure I had an enjoyable experience. I flew in from out of state and Luis worked with me every step of the way to make my buying process as smooth as possible. I needed a quick turn around in order to make my drive back home in a timely manner and Luis was able to deliver. I'm very happy with my truck and more importantly my experience. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Buick or GMC. Customer service goes a long way and Vera Buick GMC knows how it's done! They will take care of you! More

Nice ambience but it used to have more visitors’ perks, but clearly one of the better locations with light and space to show the new models on a showroom floor. Good experience overall with the purchase of my 2020 Yukon. I love the vehicle . The salesperson, Louis, was great to deal with. I have two complaints about the dealership. The first complaint was the minimal amount of money I was given for my trade-in. In the end, I should have kept my vehicle and sold it to a private individual. The second complaint is the result of initially being told that I could expect 3.9% financing which is one main reason I came to the dealership initially. After applying for the financing I was told that the 3.9% financing was only available on the purchase of two types of vehicles which the Yukon did not qualify for. I found this to be surprising as well as deceiving. More
