I bought a car here right after Jack took over the dealership, when they had this big sale going on and offered all kinds of incentives to buy new. My wife gets a new car every 2 to 3 years, and was due a new vehicle. After purchasing, and a couple of service visits, I mentioned to the service adviser that I wanted to meet the GM and thank him for such a great vehicle and wonderful service. This was maybe 6 month's after Jack and Robin purchased the dealership. So I met Jack and recognized right away a kindred spirit. Jack not only made sure that every time I brought in my car we were treated as royalty, but he took me around and introduced me to all his "key players" to make sure I knew them personally so that if I had any issues, I'd know who to come to for resolution. Since then, I've purchased 4 other vehicles from Jack. Well, a couple of years ago it came time for me to buy myself a car (all others were for the wife). I'd had a company car for 24+ years and was moving to a new level of management that didn't allow for a company vehicle, so needed one for myself. This vehicle I wanted to be a convertible first, but then it had to have room, be comfortable on the road as I drive everywhere, economical yet fun, and able to last. I called Jack from Chicago where I was looking at purchasing a used BMW Convertible while on a business trip, and asked if he had anything on the lot in convertible that I could look at. He said, "of course I do, come on down, I'll beat the price on that BMW and you'll be glad I did". Well, he hadn't mentioned a PT Cruiser, or I may have just gone and bought that BMW. I had previously driven base model PT's in Dallas as rental cars when visiting my corporate office, and never thought much of them. Spacious, yes, very comfortable seating stance (I'm a great big guy!), very much yes, but no options and lacking power. Jack pointed at this cute silver PT Convertible and told one of his sales people to put me in it. I grumbled about it right up until I sat in it. The seats, nice leather and well done. The interior was very nice, decent enough stereo, but what caught my eye was it was a 5-speed manual transmission, tied to a 2.4 ltr turbocharged engine. The test drive blew me away, I told the sales person to call he dealership and have them start the paperwork before we'd even gotten back. Since then I've put more than 1000 hours of work into the car, have raced it on both the drag strip and road course at Palm Beach International Raceway, ran the Tail of the Dragon with it, and have driven it from Miami to New York City, Chicago to Atlanta. I love my PT, and have thoroughly enjoyed the experiences I've had at Lake Norman CJD. Since then I've purchased my wife an Apsen hemi, and will be returning soon for another vehicle for her. You know you enjoy your visits when you just stop by to share a cup of coffee with the team there. Add to it Jack's provided give-aways to our PT Cruiser Car Club for events and meets, which in every case were a big hit. I completely decorated my car with Lake Norman CJD items at last year's Fall Auto Fair at the Lowe's Motor Speedway, where three cases of give-away items lasted only 21 minutes before they were all gone! Anyway, I suggest to EVERYONE to buy their next car here. Great team, great people, great times and now part of my extended family!!! More

My son will be turning 16 in a few weeks and I visited Lake Norman Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler just to start our search, having no real intention of buying. We had a good idea of the vehicle we wanted (a used Garnd Cherokee) and they just so happened to have on ethat had recently been traded in. After hearing a very competitive price, I felt it was a deal to good to walk away from. The staff was very open and honest about a mechanical code that had been detected during check-out at trade in. They agreed to fix the transmission issue that existed for a minimal amount to me. In addition, they agreed to detail the vehicle, provide new floor mats and provide lifetime washes. It was a very low pressure sales approach and this is the one major factor that won my business. Being a salesman myself, I really appreciate the low pressure approach. More

Our first purchase from Lake Norman was a trade in on a PT Cruiser. Then we traded that in for a Pacifica. When we realized we no longer needed that much space, we traded back to a PT Cruiser. Simultaneously my husband bought a Dodge Ram 250 to pull our RV trailer. We bought these vehicles from the most enchanting person I know, Maggie Carrigan. Maggie is exactly the salesperson you want...genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, caring, Honest, understanding of your needs and your pocketbook, listens carefully, leaves you with a cup of coffee to discuss with your spouse as to what we thought, then returns in an appropriate timeframe to answer further questions. If you have decided that you can't buy right now, she remains friendly and is always there when you are ready to buy. NO PRESSURE EVER!!! We just love her. We are equally happy with the service department and Terry Naranch never fails to get us in for service quickly, answers questions, is friendly, caring (always ask how we are doing and remembers both of us by name). The service itself has always been very good. We have never had a complaint and they always wash my car before it is returned to me. I can't say enough about everyone at Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge as they have all the expertise to sell us an excellent product. Thank you for giving me this oportunity to say Thank you all. We would like to share our experience with Maggie to the world. She was so attentive at all times to our questions and concerns when trying to choose the right car. Initially, we had chosen a Grande Cherok world. She was so attentive at all times to our questions and concerns when trying to choose the right car. Initially, we had chosen a Grande Cherokee Limited which had been put on hold for us. Upon on our arrival, Maggie noticed that we were preferring a bit more space and possibly more amenties as well. So, shortly she ask us if we would like to drive a Jeep Commander and of course, it was love at first sight. With all the bells and whistles, who could ask for anything more. Maggie even took time to program and pair our phones with the U-Connet. She oriented us on the DVD system, and on so many other feautures. The follow up has been state of the art. Maggie makes sure you are as happy as possible and that all the needs are met. I would recommend her very highly to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. We will definately ask for Maggie on any return trips to Lake Norman. As far as the vehicle goes, the Jeep Commander is perfect for us! We love all the extras, especially the DVD, front and back heated seats, and my favorite -- the power tailgait with just the push of a button. My husbands favorite, of course, is the automatic start. In the midst of all the cold weather, we can have the advantage while we wait in a restaurant and the Jeep warms up. I could go on and on about this wonderful Jeep Commander! I went to Lake Norman in 2004. I was greeted by a salesman named Charlie. I went back a year later and Charlie introduced me to Maggie. She was a great salesman. She treated me as if I was royalty. The overall experience was great. I did feel it took quite awhile for the financial part of the purchase to be completed. We paid cash for the vehicle and it still took almost 30 minutes before the fin quite awhile for the financial part of the purchase to be completed.
