As a newcomer to the US, my first visit to Nissan of Richmond was a disaster. Forcing me to give 5 star review with good comments via QR code on his table before I sign, test drive and move further. He also keep requesting me to show email confirmation received after review submited.They even manipulated me into high interest rate financing for a higher car price than advertised which I realised it later. When I sought clarification the following day, finance managers, Mr Charles Bull were rude and unhelpful,not even respecting me as a customer. They refused to address pricing discrepancies and acussing each other(sales and finance).The Finance Manager initially asserted himself as the Nissan Richmond Centre head, but upon checking the website later, it showed someone else's name, and he didn’t let me escalate the issue to his superior. I felt completely cheated and mistreated, and I urge others, especially newcomers, to steer clear of this dealership.

Went here to possibly trade in my current vehicle on
another. Already had another vehicle picked out. We didnt even get to see the car. They immediately went into the appraisal process with my car. Offe

Traveled over an hour to get there and which was a complete waste. They were acting as if they was inconvenienced to have to be there and doing work. If they didnt want a sale, they could have let me know that before travelling all the way there. Total waste of my time.
Went to another dealership maybe 15 min away and was treated so much better and left with a new car. Nissan of Richmond lost out on a sale. I received an email from them while at another dealership letting me know they needed to make 47 more sales for the month and i should go over. xxxx no. I wouldnt recommend anyone here.
