The Sorento really saved our lives, so we went back to purchase the same make/model. The whole process took a couple of hours, no haggling, no drama, no tactics. Please ask for Maiko in Internet Sales, she is wonderful and you will not regret working with her - very prompt with communication, and she actually cares about your needs and not pushing to close a sale.
