Hello, my name is Mark Campati. I have been a resident of Fort Wayne since 1964. I attended South Side High School, and then became a member of the US Army Military Policeman. I have been in the automotive industry since 1983 filling various roles. I came to O'Daniel in 2007 because of their reputation of integrity. My goal is to listen to my customers needs, fit them with the vehicle that meets both their budget and needs, and in a timely manner.

TM-SAS responded

It is now August 20, 2011 and I have had problem after problem with my Suburban, all of which could not have happened after our purchase and all of which, consequently, were not covered. My first problem was with our brakes almost exactly one month after our purchase - $300+ to get repaired (at O'Daniel). Second problem was a dead battery (did they put an old battery in after thr contract was signed? I'll never know) - $100+ to buy & replace myself. My most recent problem is with a valve stem/sensor in my front left wheel - $? (couldn't price on Saturday). Needless to say, my first day happiness and overall rating of 5 has significantly dropped. If I had purchased a 20 year old smoking rustbucket for $1,000 I would expect continuous problems. But this is far from the case here, I purchased a 6 year old truck with very low mileage for more than $15,000 and I'm having problem after problem without any support from the dealership I bought it from. Shame on me for trusting O'Daniel and their employees.
