Feels like family from the moment you pull onto the lot. I always feel welcomed by Joel (Shoestrang someone called him), Matt (Matty Ice), Woody, and Nick. The second I walk into the building, I feel very much like part of the crew. I trust these guys with all of my vehicle needs. Whether its service or it's time to get a new ride, I will always go see these guys. No pressure, not pushy, very laid back, but they know details on almost every vehicle on the lot new or used. Once they know you're interested, they do a great job of making sure they are answering all your questions, but they also aren't pushy at all. Definitely an all star team for McKenzie Buick GMC.
