I did business with Marvin a few years ago and just couldn’t forget the level of comfort and appreciation that I felt. He’s the reason that I came back to Classic a second time. However, I must say, the Finance Manager-Michael and other Staff Members made feel at home as well. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to. BTW, I wasn’t looking for the Chevy Trax but once Marvin told me to sit in it and I looked around…I knew that it was mine!!! 😂 I love it. Thank you for your wonderful Salesman-Marvin. My overall interaction with sales was AWESOME! In contrast, my experience with the Finance department was negatively noteworthy. The financing agent named Mike (from Jerusalem) caused me to doubt my finance agreement. Mike's performance and lack of integrity were regrettably UNPROFESSIONAL and FRAUDULENT! He did not explain the additional itemized cost at the end of the agreement...AT ALL! More
