I was very disappointed when I found out I couldn't get a purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. I was equally pleased when 1 week after I took delivery of my Mini Matt sent me a custom m purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful, happy to answer questions, make sure you were comfortable and were having a great experience. I was amazed at the amount of time Matt spent with us when we picked our car up, making sure we understood how everything worked and even got my iPhone set up with the car. Drove 70 miles b/c this dealership had the MINI I wanted. Was greeted in the parking lot by Matt. The entire experience was a great one. Matt was helpful and there was no pressure. I just bought my first car and couldn't have had a better experience. As a 25 year old female buying a car by herself I was worried I'd have a "take advantage of me" target on my back, but I never felt like experience. I got a good deal for my trade-in, and exactly the car I wanted. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and very professional, from my salesman to the service advisor. I never felt pressure to buy from Matt or anyone else, but everyone there seemed genuinely excited for me when I decided to buy (not just for the sale). More
