Charlie Albanese is the man, I love this guy. His professional manner, no nonsense way of doing business and care not to waste my time is unparalleled. We moved to CT 3 years ago and when we did I went right back to Bical for my second truck, Charlie just placed me in my third truck one week ago, he knew exactly what I wanted and waited until they had it, most importantly he did not try to force me into anything else, he just made it happen, this man is the definition of a class act . Charlie cares and that is why as long as I live in this region, Charlie will get my business. Bical has a true gem working for them. More
