It was by chance our broken down car was towed to Cortese. All of the staff was so kind & helpful. Our sales person, Brandon was fantastic! I absolutely love my 2024 Escape. The entire experience wit Cortese. All of the staff was so kind & helpful. Our sales person, Brandon was fantastic! I absolutely love my 2024 Escape. I should whole heartedly say that it was an extremely satisfied experience at this dealership. The sales staff is very friendly and attentive, there were no high pressure tactics. Communication throughout the purchasing process was exceptional.
