Most recently I turned in my 2010 Edge for a 2012 Edge. The process was incredibly simple! Mike requested some basic information and had me show up two days later for me to pick up my new car. It took me longer to move my personal items from my old car into the new one than do the paperwork for the lease....incredible!!! I also have experienced the Otis Ford service department during my prior lease. Frank and the personnel at Otis were outsanding! The service department made it very easy to get service and were very helpful with times, alternate transportation and speed of service. I'm very happy I made the choice to go to Otis Ford..... More

Purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from Mike Curreri. From the minute my wife and I walked through the door, of this dealership, we were treated with respect. What I loved the most about dealing with Otis Ford w minute my wife and I walked through the door, of this dealership, we were treated with respect. What I loved the most about dealing with Otis Ford was Mike showed us the different vehicles we wanted to see, he discussed the extras, the warranties, and he handled the financing; there was no "finance person", who we all know tries to squeeze more out of you. There was no pressure selling and he took the time to answer all of our questions. One thing is obvious, this dealership is located on Montauk Hwy, in Quogue, there is no way they have stayed in business all of these years with just drive by traffic. After my experience it is obvious they receive many return customers and referrals. I have already highly recommended Otis to my family and friends and definitely will be a repeat customer many years to come. Thanks again Mike. More

I recently purchased a 2010 F-150 pickup truck from Otis Ford in Quogue, NY. I was quite pleased with the entire transaction, on multiple fronts. First, Otis gave me a competitive price compared with ot Ford in Quogue, NY. I was quite pleased with the entire transaction, on multiple fronts. First, Otis gave me a competitive price compared with other Ford dealerships in the area. Second, my salesman, Michael Curreri, was very patient with me while we worked to find the exact truck I wanted. I was fairly picky about specific options I wanted, and it was not in their inventory. Mike was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Third, and probably most important, I never felt pressured from Mike at any time to "close the deal". Other dealerships I visited turned me off with their high pressure tactics, and sometimes they acted as if my business wasn't important to them. Besides a home, buying an automobile is probably the largest purchase most people will make. Having trust in the people you are doing business with is extremely important. I felt a level of comfort at Otis that is hard to find in any car dealership. If you are in the market for a new car, I would strongly recommend you visit Otis Ford before you make your final decision. More
