He took the time on the phone and in person to hear me out and listened to all my concerns and frustrations that stemmed from before he was in this position years ago. The general concern displayed and willingness to make a person like me happy and earn back my trust was nothing short of exceptional! Honda did right putting him in this position. The service attendant Willie was great as well conveying my concerns to everyone and taking care of my check out was flawless. Now a special recognition needs to be made for the best mechanic they have. Nick took the time to go through every possible scenario to figure out my issue. He never once showed frustration or anger towards the situation. This man loves his job and what he does!
