This is the second vehicle purchased at Deland Dodge and what a time was had by all: loud obnoxious bumping techno disco ball music, arguing over prices and discounts, finance rep messed up a tag transfer, what a time was had by all: loud obnoxious bumping techno disco ball music, arguing over prices and discounts, finance rep messed up a tag transfer, no owners manual issued at vehicle sale ….. detail on vehicle at deliver was horrible. Could not even get a bottle of water and had to get robbed by crappy vending machine. Need I Say More? More

Nash got all my repairs done promptly and even provided a loaner car for me while mine was in for repairs. Sales department was good overall but service was absolutely horrible to deal with. Nash was rude, rushed, and is a cancer to this company This is not the first time service has caused conflict for absolutely horrible to deal with. Nash was rude, rushed, and is a cancer to this company This is not the first time service has caused conflict for our car purchase experience. The main manager Alex helped me get what I needed done in a fast and easy manner with little head ache. Sales person was lack luster, she was not very energetic or enthusiastic. I was more excited to be there buying a car than she was to be there at all. I did research before hand or I wouldn't have gotten any of the correct info I needed from each question i asked her. The vehicle was put on the lot for sale in horrible condition... cracked windshield, filthy inside, and wiring from added/ aftermarket lights strung out within the cab. Once deal was done the vehicle was not properly detailed and I was told I could bring it back but after the first detail I don't trust it'd be any better the second round. The windshield did get repaired as promised but it took 4 calls to service which nash kept saying it wasnt his job to fix it and then back to the sales manager Alex which once again saved the day. Austin the finance manager helped out quite a bit as well. More

I brought my Gladiator in for an oil change. Nash checked me in and answered some questions. The oil change took longer than expected because there were only 2 techs there that day.
