Sam Micaletti greeted us at the door. I let him know I was interested in ordering a blue AT4 truck. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me build our truck. After I was don I let him know I was interested in ordering a blue AT4 truck. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me build our truck. After I was done telling him what I wanted, he suggested things that I didn't think of. He was a pleasure to work with. Dave Arenson the general sales manager took the time to go over the truck that we built. To make sure I didn't leave out any details. It took about a little over 4 months to get the truck. As far as financing goes Patrick Douglas was pleasant and to the point. I needed to move money out of my investment account into my checking account. I told him I need a week for the money to get into my checking account.I told him I would date the check for when it would be ready. He told me to write it for the current day and it would not be deposited until the following week. I was extremely upset when I went on my bank account a couple days later to find out that the check had already been deposited and returned for insufficient funds. More
