Polite, knowledgable, attentive staff. Very clean and modern environment. Buying process was very easy. Purchased a slightly used vehicle instead of new, which was not planned, but it’s a beautiful car. There appears to be an in-vehicle communication issue discovered by the MyMazda app for which I need dealership service. I’m not concerned as service reviews are glowing. However, there’s currently a two-week wait time for a loaner and I cannot be without a car, so I have to wait two weeks for service. They offer shuttle service within a 10-mile radius, but that’s a last resort for me. Customers should be able to get a loaner at service time if the service is estimated to take 2 hours or more, or if length of service is unknown. I’ve never worked with a car dealership in the past where getting a loaner (even for a fee) was a problem, so I’m surprised about this. But it’s my only issue with Byers so far.

Our shuttle service does offer alternative transportation within a 10-mile radius as an option. However, we do strive to improve our services every day, and your feedback regarding loaner availability will be taken into consideration.
