Lack of integrity and accurate staff work. They agreed to match another dealer's offer of 500 under price. I asked for 3 prices on 3 cars to decide if I'd order or try the one on their lot. The prices kept changing all week, couldn't get one clear picture for decision making. Doesn't seem there was attention to detail. Then when I kept trying to clarify the pricing and emphasized I'd be interested in trying the one on their lot they reneged on the 500 off they agreed to 7 days prior. Said they'd only do it for the one on the lot and not an order. It was like pulling teeth trying to get prices to begin with and then the lack of integrity was the cherry on top. I bought a horse in Europe from people who spoke broken English, flew it to the U.S last year and that was 25 percent as complicated a sale with this dealer in my home state. How complicated is a 43-50k vehicle to price out and stick with what was agreed to??? I thank them for showing their true colors before I bought. Glad to have the opportunity to buy somewhere else. I can only imagine what would have happened later in the device department on the supposed lifetime powertrain warranty. Telling my family and friends #complicated. More

I asked before driving an hour to look at the car if the previous owner was a smoker and was assured they were not but when we got to Kokomo to look at the Jeep, they had it sprayed down with so much fabreeze (which should have been my clue), all you could smell was the fabreeze. Once I purchased the Jeep, the more I drove it, the more the cigarette smell came thru. They were not willing to work with us on the price either. It was not a good experience and would not recommend Button to anyone. More
