Steve Chipman is always pleasant, helpful, and thorough. He listens well, and follows up with clear communication and explanations. The main reason I bought my Chevy Traverse and keep going back for my maintenance services are because of the awesome/polite/patient staff members (special shout out to Jeremy Alasin and Greg Freeman!). I have never felt pressured to get any extra services done that I didn't feel like I needed in the moment (i.e. air filter change). Everytime I have gone in for a service everything has been explained and easily understood. Plus it helps that the website is easy to book any service for your vehicle. More
