Three year ago I leased a Corolla Hybrid . The car ran without a clitch for this period . Although I did not travel a lot , I was spoiled by 54 miles MPG. Time passed and 3 years was about us. The car ran without a clitch for this period . Although I did not travel a lot , I was spoiled by 54 miles MPG. Time passed and 3 years was about us. So I made it a point to go back to Toyota of Simi , The first time the sales person that I was to meet with did not show up, so I left. The Second time a young man and I went over my program, which I felt was a fair offer considering that the car only had 12500 miles on the ordomator . I had to go back to his Manager to ask what to do, in the end I left without a new car. The third time I met yet another person. Who seemed understand what I had in mind, which included a $ 1000.00 cash discount that I got from Toyota , Again I felt that I made a fair offer, again the sales person had to clear the offer with the Manager. I left the showroom to wait for a call back that never came. I did finally get the sales person on the line who shifted me off to another person , A lady who did not under stand , again I left THEY LOST A RETURNING CUSTOMER. I wound up at another dealer who understood what I wanted and made I drove home in a new Camry with the same payment that I had with the Corolla More

Dealership was very clean with an open floor plan. The process was very quick. I traded in a car and we did not have the tool to remove the plates. Simi Valley removed these later and mailed them t The process was very quick. I traded in a car and we did not have the tool to remove the plates. Simi Valley removed these later and mailed them to me at their expense. They also included a "care pack" in the truck, which was a road side assistance bag. We drove 2.5 hours from San Diego for this sale and it was apparent that Steven and the was very aware how far we were away. Gave me a good value for my trade in as well. Very good experience. If opportunity presents itself I would come back and buy again. More

My car was scheduled for routine maintenance, an oil change and tire rotation. It was scheduled to be finished by 1:00. My car was not completed until 3:30. I have never had to wait that long for my car in all the times I have been receiving service. It was very disappointing. I’m aware that things happen, but I left my car at 10:15 for just a routine service. Why even bother with appointments? More
