Kallen44, I am sorry you feel this way, and I hope you are enjoying your beautiful new Cadillac. We tried to be as accommodating as possible with your inability to come to our dealership due to travel distances per your terms. We completed as much over e-mail and phone as possible, but physical signatures must happen by delivery time. All the paperwork was presented to you at delivery, as listed above. This was all at your request, not traditionally how we would deliver a car at our dealership in Brigham City. Still, again, we are trying to accommodate with the distance between Northern and Southern Utah. Jeff could not deliver your car to you, so I asked Brady to assist, who was in a position to help accommodate the situation. We apologize that you felt handed off unprofessionally and that the papers were in a recycled folder for travel.
