Looking for a new car and wanted another Impala. Looked at the inventory on the lot, and looked at the web site. The car we were intersted in was still on the lot, we did a test drive, Bill explained abou at the inventory on the lot, and looked at the web site. Also, the rebates that was being offered. Bill found us an additional discount, which to us was a bonus surprise. We plan to purchase another car in the next month or two.
