"This was my first visit for service at Kelly, I have been going to the other BMW WANT dealer on the other side of town. (Good riddance). I needed an oil change and suspected my 2016 with 143k needed a front wheel bearing replaced. Zac was very good at listening to my concern, and indeed the wheel bearing was the issue creating a humming noise. Zac was good at keeping me informed and the work was completed on time and the checkout was quick. Kelly is my new place for service."

"The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the years we’ve owned vehicles. We were given the run around regarding repairs needed. Told one thing needed repaired however paid for an entirely different piece. Quoted the wrong price before repairs. We live an hour and a half away and had to have the car towed to this location due to the proximity of the flat. I will happily spend the extra money and have the car towed to anywhere but this dealership for servicing. Absolute worst experience. If I were you run the a Other direction."
