"I recently purchased 2015 Lexus RC350 AWD from a private seller. I took it in for a tire issue. Worked with Eric Schulkers (Service Consultant). Eric was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle as a whole and carefully/clearly explained to me the tire issue as well as bringing to my attention that it was also due for an oil change as the previous owner had the car serviced there as well. Performance Lexus in the Kings Auto Mall exceeded all my expectations.Especially dealing with Eric. I’m an older guy who has dealt will many dealerships for various cars/trucks/SUV’s and would definitely recommend them for any maintenance required. Probably the best overall experience I ever had."
