In the last 30 years I have never been able to buy a car from y’all. I rode to Charleston SC by and saved 10.000$. In the last 25 years , my son and I have purchased over 450.000$ in General Motors car, trucks and never a dollar was spent at Burns because of whatever the problem was. My last purchase was when I went to Charleston, 160 miles away, when I could have just rode up the the road 18 miles away and bought from burns, but no couldn’t make it happen like so many times before. Last time I was on your lot I was offered 30.000$ for my spotless 2015 4x4 Silverado which was a great deal, but I just could. Not see spending what new trucks cost now.I’ve tried. More

Very disappointed in the service of my patched tire. I was in a week prior with a nail in my tire and they patched it. Returned one week later because air deflated in same tire. When I brought it back I was in a week prior with a nail in my tire and they patched it. Returned one week later because air deflated in same tire. When I brought it back to dealership they found a piece of metal in same tire and said it must have been a new puncture. I feel like they missed it the week prior. What are the chances of same tire week later with another puncture with air leak. I feel I should not have been charged for the second tire patch on same tire. We have been servicing our Tahoe there for years and this was just bad customer service. You don't lose a customer over a $35.00 tire patch. We will not be bringing our Tahoe back to this location for any service. More
