At first I tried to look at tahoes and a guy showed me them and kept talking to my husband the whole time. I asked if I they had any other black suvs he said no. He made the experience great. The next day I left with a brand new expedition. The factory had messed up the latch gate and Jake was able to get me into the shop gave me a rental and had the vehicle fixed in one day. Jake was patient answering all of my questions.
