Personally made sure that my new purchase made it through every step of their in depth inspection process, ensured that I was given a beautiful Loan vehicle while they installed new brakes, changed all fluids, offered to drop the vehicle off at my doorstep and he himself even personally helped detail my new vehicle before I received it!
