My sales guy Damian was exceptional! Our first meeting we viewed a car however it was not exactly the one I wanted. A few days later Damian called to let me know he was still searching. Then, a few days la viewed a car however it was not exactly the one I wanted. A few days later Damian called to let me know he was still searching. Then, a few days later he called back to tell me the car I wanted had been traded in. I quickly went to see for myself and I was in love! I'm so grateful that Damian truly listened to what I wanted. I have a friend that is connected with Nissan in the Southeast. She let him know that we are best friend and that I was looking for a M35. The one I bought was in Jaxsonville. I have leased cars every three years for years and have a lot of experience with car dealers. Orlando Infiniti is one of the best I've ever dealt with. I had a wonderful experience with Sales Consultant Moe Nadar, who helped me compare and contrast the G37 Journey with Acura's TL and BMW's 328i. Sales Manager Brandon Brevard provided a quote and lease that provided competitive terms when compared with offers from BMW and Acura. With only a few cars in stock to look at, Moe let me know that new stock was coming and within three days he called and invited me back to look at a number of cars that had just been unloaded. Brandon sharpened the lease deal we had discussed earlier and within 24-hours I was back to close the deal. I was particularly impressed with Janet Benni, who handled the paperwork. Dealer finance managers are notoriously difficult to deal with and, for me, more often than not have been the worst part of the process. Janet orchestrated the process flawlessly and was very helpful. Orlando Infiniti provided the kind of quality sales experience I expect and I heartily recommend them. More

I was in the market for a New Infinti and I had heard that Orlando Infiniti had moved from there previous location in Maitland to I4 and conroy, across from the Millenia Mall. I contacted them over the Internet and told them what I wanted to do. My Internet Consultant explained the different packages to me, as well as the differences in the Lexus I was considering. I agreed to come into the Dealership and was very suprised by the service I received. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the benefits of purchasing a car from there location. At the end I got a great car at a grat price. Finally, somebody gets it...... More

I went to the dealership to look at a G35 and after spending a few minutes in the showroom a guy came out of the large glass office on the showroom floor and asked if I needed help. I enjoyed our conversation mostly because of his british accent but he was also very helpful about the vehicle features. I haven't bought a vehicle yet but I can say that if I do choose to get an Infiniti G35 I will buy it from Peter Wilson at Orlando Infiniti he was a great guy who at least tried to help me. I have visited 6 stores in the past week and this is the only dealership I decided to write a review about. More

I shopped over over the Internet to purchase my next vehicle and I was stuck between buying the Infiniti G35 and the BMW 335i. I drove down to Melbourne first then over the Tampa because each of the dea vehicle and I was stuck between buying the Infiniti G35 and the BMW 335i. I drove down to Melbourne first then over the Tampa because each of the dealerships promised me the best deal on the G35 but when I got there it wasn't the deal I expected. When I asked for a price and payment from Brian at Orlando Infiniti he not only gave it to my but answered all the questions I had about the vehicle which was important to me since this was the first new car i ever bought. He every took the time to help me compare the Infiniti to the BMW which not one other dealer i visited would do for me except to just tell me there vehicle was better. Brian and all the people at Orlando Infiniti made my car buying experience great and I just want to thank them. they where very busy the day I went into pick up my vehicle but Brian still took the time and completely showed me everything about the vehicle and even took a quick drive with me to make sure i was comfortable with the new car. I love my new G35 and so does my family. Thank you Orlando Infiniti for a great new vehicle. More

I just leased my Infiniti G37 Coupe from Orlando Infiniti over the internet and the experience was fantastic! I requested a quote and Brian the internet manager responded personally. He gave me a fair pric over the internet and the experience was fantastic! I requested a quote and Brian the internet manager responded personally. He gave me a fair price right from the start on the exact car I wanted. All the paperwork was ready when I came in to get my car. Earl the finance guy explained everything and didn't pressure me to buy any of the "extras." They assigned Joel go over the car with me and explain all the features. He even helped me set up my bluetooth phone which I really appreciated. Everyone at the dealer was very pleasant and nice. They even offered me something to drink and soon as I walked in. You could really tell that the people enjoy working there and they truly want you to feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Orlando Infiniti! I love my G37 and really appreciated the way everything was handled! You are what you say you are "Professional." More
