2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!! Go here for all your Kia needs!! They should be very proud of their success in providing excellent service!!!

I called service department asked for Jesse who’s been taking care of my Kia told him that I needed an oil change if it was possible to get me in today. He said yes, come on in and within an hour I had my oil change and my car wash. Jesse is so nice considerate listens to the customers and because of him I purchased a new Kia from them,and will continue to do service because of him.

This was easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I cannot say enough positive things about Kia Country, all because of David and Steve. From my first phone call with David, he was upfront, honest and gave me his full attention. I traveled 1.5 hours to purchase my car here and he really helped make the whole process easy and worth the long drive. Steve was so helpful when it came to showing me all the features of my new car. He is definitely an expert at what he does, but not only that, he was also extremely friendly and easy going. It definitely made the experience better.
