Went to the Subaru for a Forester only looking the first day. Our sales person Sarah Patrick spoke to us took time to show us a few Subaru's. After a few views we got some info and left . Contacted Sarah and said we're interested in the Forester and wanted to come in Wednesday she was off and offered a different salesman and we declined and made it Monday night surprise stop. During the sale we were never pushed or offered a different vehicle or stuff we didn't want Sarah did a remarkable job and we ended up with the vehicle we wanted and color . All in all I have never been to a dealership and left satisfied and worried I did the right thing this time there was no hard feelings or worries and would like to say thank you Sarah your the best and we will definitely look for you if we come back. I originally came to this dealer because they had the exact car, interior and exterior color I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process went. I recommend seeing Louie Vittori if you want to purchase a vehicle. He was so helpful for buying my first car on my own without a co-signer. He got me offered a student discount, even after it taking 45 minutes to figure out how to submit it to the website, he didn’t give up even when I wanted to. They also helped me get the best interest rate possible and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Before coming here I went to another ford dealer that was demanding on putting down a large down payment after I had mentioned I had it and wasn’t very helpful at all after I had mentioned it. I recommend anyone to come here even if it means driving 40 minutes away like I did.
