I came in at close to 4 pm on the Friday before labor day. I needed the lock lug for my tires. Even though I was buying used tires from another vendor, JT in the service department asked a tech to immediately replace all four sets of lugs so that I could get back to the other vendor before they closed for the day. This was a blessing as the tires were too dangerous to travel back home - 150 miles. The decorum of JT and his leadership within the service department at Allen Hyundai saved the day for me. Hats off to these guys!!!

I dropped my car off for a recall for fuel, you could smell is gas. I would like to first thank Mrs.Pride and the mechanics that helped me, they went above and beyond to look out for my safety,that is very hard to find and they are very special to me and I will NEVER forget whatMrs.Pride and mechanics done for me. I was treated horrible, and put in harms ways by the service secretary. She told me my part would be in by the end of week but it was not and she told me multiple times that I could come get my car and drive it until my part came in and I told her no I was not picking up my car because it would be my fault if my car caught on fire and she even told me that my car was not going to catch on fire and she yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me a few times, I received a call from the machanic saying I couldn’t drive my car m(even to another car repair shop) because my car was going to catch fire and didn’t know how it hasn’t already and I was pulling into prides at that time due to how I had been treated. I had called that morning to speak with Mrs.Pride but she was out so I spoke with general manager,jerry, and he said he would go speak with her. The mechanics begged and begged me not to drive my car because so were only worried about my safety!!! I also needed another part to fix my gas problem and the service secretary,Lajana, was even ruder when I got there and I told the mechanics she has been telling me since last week to pick my car up and drive it until part was in, I had never been treated that way. Mrs. Pride came out and spoke with me and I explained to her what all had been going on and she fixed my car for free to make sure I was safe and that meant the world to me and she and me baby have a special place in my heart forever and I am so grateful for them, it is hard now days to find people who Truly care, have compassion, and empathy and miss pride in the mechanics had all of that and more. I cried like a baby when I left there because they were only worrried about my safety!! So thank you Mrs.Pride for caring about me and my safety and fixing my car for absolutely nothing, they charged me nothing to fix it just so I would be safe!!! I would recommend them to anybody and if you have a problem speak with Mrs.Pride, it is hard to find people who care now days And her and the mechanics had compassion, and empathy, and general cared and I left there crying because it meant the world to me and they will always have a very special place in my heart and NEVER will I forget what they done for me. I own a 2019 Hundai Santa Fe . It has a check engine light on. Code reads knock sensor. Did research on this and learned it could be caused by bearings in engine. Long stiry short, stopped at service dept today and was told it would be 45-60 days before they can get it looked at. Either they need more mechanics, better management or someone to build a fire under the mechanics they have. This is absolutely uncalled for. NO MORE HUNDAIS FOR ME> Get this onee fixed and bye bye

One of my best vehicle buying experiences! I had contact with four employees in the dealership and two mechanics in the service area. They were all very helpful and friendly. From the time I entered dealership for test drive to the time I walked out with my new used truck was about an hour and a half. Great buying experience!!

Straightforward and Professional In October, my sister-in-law purchased a new Hyundai Venue the dealership had on the lot. She's not good with car deals so I worked out the numbers over the phone on her behalf with Mark Newell. I'm out of state and could not be there for the actual delivery and paperwork signatures. I'm pleased to report that the transaction went smoothly and exactly as discussed and agreed upon. Mind you, there really aren't discounts on new cars right now so we can't speak to how "fair" the deal was,, but the dealership did not tack anything onto the price nor mess with the numbers or finance rate. Mark was professional and honest and we're very satisfied with the whole process.
