If there should be a rating lower than one star. They do not deserve the one star. There are wonderful sales associates, however, when you get to the management division, they are liars, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking ethics. Stay away from this dealership! Even if means you have to travel 50-60 miles in any other directions, please do. The management team is massively rude and lacks even a small sign of empathy. Their style when dealing with the elderly is something that the Attorney General of New York should look into. Shame on the leadership of this car dealership and shame on anyone that knowing works at this dealership and knows how they treat the elderly. I am just grateful that I caught on to the deal before it was signed by my elderly mother. Avoid them at all cost! Again, most of the sales associates are wonderful people and work hard and are ethical, however when one gets to the finance management managers, the true colors show. My mother was going to pay cash for a brand new vehicle, and promised the required items on the car that she wished. NONE of the requirements that she wanted were on the car. She was not allowed to see the car until the paperwork was done either. "They were polishing," the car for her. Once the car arrived I went to look at it and make sure that it was she requested, and of course the two requirements that she requested were not on the car. The salesman apologized profusely for the mistake, however the finance manager did not care. He would not do anything about the lack of equipment that my mother requested and said either walk or accept the car. Needless to say, I pulled the deal and to which the finance manager said, "hey don't worry this car will be sold at an even higher price." Absolute disgusting and unethical behavior. AVOID SIMMONS ROCKWELL!!!!!!

Suddenly, a compressor on my Palisade has died but the compressors were backordered. I called Hyundai case management and they promptly shipped a compressor to Plaza Hyundai. Both Hyundai case management and Hyundai Plaza service management called me almost every day notifying me about the status of my case. The new compressor has been installed and tested ahead of expected time. I am incredibly grateful to William Bonilla, the Assistant Service Manager of Hyundai Plaza. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it was my best experience with car service. Alex. Reznitsky.

Jack Schwartz, the GM, gave me the best price around and set up the paperwork so that my Dad could go in and pick up the car in no time at all. The entire transaction was smooth and couldn’t have been more convenient. I’d definitely recommend Jack for his service and for his competitive pricing.

Very nice dealership, clean , neat, the parking lot is extremely organized , easy to drive around. We purchased a "24" Palasade from Jay. Probably the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Jay was great, informative, he wasn't pushy, just a nice guy and good salesman.

They sold me a car that was vulnerable to theft and did not provide any warning beforehand. Within the first year of owning my vehicle, it was stolen on two different occasions. After the initial recovery of my car, I called northtown service department and was basically turned away stating they were too busy to work on my car and they would take weeks to even look at it. I ended up having the repairs done at an independent garage. After the second theft, northtown took my car in after some reluctance and it took them over a month to finish the repair and the refused to give me a break on my deductible or anything. The salespeople will act like they’re looking out for you and you’ll never hear from them again.

I took my hyndai Santa fe to this dealership last August because my engine fail . According what my mechanic said I have a recall on it. I have never seen people so rude and disrespectful to customer. My car was there for 7months and never even received an update on it from them. Evertime I call Christopher and Bill would be so rude I don't know anything about your car how is that possible that you take my car and you know anything. Everytime I call for an update is like am bothering them . I have alot of friends that works they even take me to their Christmas party but what kind of business with out any kind of any customer service satisfaction. I have to towed my car out of there they was so rude if you here how Bill was yelling at me. Christopher tells the Hyndai motor company that I didn't buy the car from and I never bring the car to them for any kind of issues now its not every one bring their to dealerships because they are mighty expensive. I would never recommend anyone to this place my niece and I looking to buy 2 cars right now for our business I would never mention this dealership to her . We looking at other dealership it not the first time people that they are rude there but I face them now and see that it's not a good business practice here. Never ever will buy a vehicle there . It's disgusting to treat people the way they do and people spend money with them. Everyone is so rude even the cashier was like sign this even tho I was trying read what they gave me to sign

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.
