Jake took his time to understand why we wanted to trade our current car in. He helped us get the car of our dreams. When we wanted one that didn't fit our budget, he continued to look until the one we want our current car in. He helped us get the car of our dreams. He was not pushing in us to a car. He really wanted to make sure we were happy and explained to us all of our options! We highly recommend him to anyone! More

On my first day of car shopping I walked into Heritage Ford and was met with a polite greeting from Jake Dwinell. He sat me down and asked what I was looking for. I wanted to see the 2024 Escape. He asked Ford and was met with a polite greeting from Jake Dwinell. He sat me down and asked what I was looking for. I wanted to see the 2024 Escape. He asked what features I wanted. We went for a test drive and Jake remembered what features I liked and showed me those features and the settings. I purchased a 2024 Ford Escape the next day and Jake walked me through all the steps and showed all the features of my new car. When we parted he made it clear to me that anytime I had questions to contact him and he would help. More

Bill is great! He got me right in and out in about 3 hours with a pre-owned vehicle and sold my old vehicle. There was no strong arming by the finance folks either. They suggested various options after listening to how I use the vehicle and such and I felt they were doing it on my behalf rather trying to sell me something. More
