I was an easy buyer. Knew what I needed and did the puchase in one afternoon. BUT the truck was not cleaned at pick up or after the 2 times I had to bring it back to the Knew what I needed and did the puchase in one afternoon. BUT the truck was not cleaned at pick up or after the 2 times I had to bring it back to the dealership in the first month for service engine lights. They keep the truck over a week each time and I requested that they detail it since I had been without for longer then having had it. I was told they would. It was not.. I give up, I have it detailed on my own but felt pretty jaded as I was leaving for the 3rd time. Its not a bad dealership - Customer statisfaction is not what it use to be - Youd think that buying a 65K truck would mean something, I know its not a porche but it was the biggest purchase ive made.. If you need a RAM 2500 Diesel, they got one for you but do not expect any red carpets or congradulations. More

Chad was fantastic to work with! He stayed late so I could come back to purchase the car and be in it for my drive back to Macon. He got me all set up with the Jeep app and car play, He stayed late so I could come back to purchase the car and be in it for my drive back to Macon. He got me all set up with the Jeep app and car play, showed me all the features inside the vehicle, and told me to reach out if I had any questions. He went above and beyond as a sales representative. We were all very impressed and will definitely ask for Chad when it comes time for our next car purchase from Jeep/Dodge. More
