Contacted Claudia first thing in the morning yesterday went back and forth and as of 1 pm spent the rest of the day attempting to get an update with my text messages going unanswered. She was well aware I was hoping to complete everything in order to pick up the vehicle on Monday since I’d be in Miami while traveling from my home more than 3 hours away! Everybody customer service was great. Everybody was hands-on. Everybody helped out.
